These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Provvista website at provvista.polsia.app and any purchases you make through it. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.
You must be at least 18 years old to place an order. By using this site, you represent that you meet this requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
All product descriptions, prices, and availability are subject to change without notice. Prices are displayed in US dollars and do not include applicable sales tax (calculated at checkout). We reserve the right to correct any pricing errors at any time, including after an order has been placed; in such cases, we will notify you and offer a cancellation or correction.
Product images are for illustrative purposes. Actual products may vary slightly due to natural variation in artisan goods (color, texture, packaging design changes from producers).
When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase the selected items at the listed price. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order. Orders are confirmed when you receive an order confirmation email.
Payment is processed via Stripe at the time of checkout. We accept major credit and debit cards. By providing payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use that payment method.
Pantry Box subscriptions are billed on a recurring monthly basis. By subscribing, you authorize Provvista (via Stripe) to charge your payment method each billing cycle until you cancel.
You may cancel your subscription at any time by emailing provvista@polsia.app. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period — you will not receive a prorated refund for the current period. Cancel before your next billing date to avoid being charged for the following month.
We may change subscription prices or contents with 30 days' notice via email. If you do not cancel before the change takes effect, continued billing constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
We ship within the United States. Delivery timelines are estimates, not guarantees. See our Shipping Policy for full details on rates, transit times, and carrier information.
Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the carrier. We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather events, or circumstances outside our control.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE ORDER GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Provvista and its affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your violation of these Terms or your use of the site.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
